Spotted a result that looks wrong, a layout that breaks on your phone or a generator you would like built? Send a note with the feedback form at the bottom of this page. Dicekite does not publish an email inbox, so the form is the one way to reach the team.

Four things that make a note useful

• The page address, and the browser or phone you used.
• What you typed or pasted into the generator.
• What you expected to see.
• What appeared instead, or a description of the layout problem.

What happens to your note

The form stores the time, your thumbs up or down, the page address, the topic you pick and any text you type, up to 1,000 characters. It does not ask for a name or an email address, and your IP address is not kept with the note. Only the newest 300 notes are kept; older ones drop off.

Rights and removal requests

To ask for a note to be removed, or to raise a rights issue with something on a page, choose “Rights or removal request” as the topic and give the page address and the approximate time. Notes are anonymous, so a removal can only be matched to the details you describe.

Replies

We cannot reply to a note because we hold no contact details for it. To see what the site is for before you write, read about Dicekite. When a note leads to a fix, the change goes live on the page and its updated date moves.

Do I need to sign up to contact you?

No. Open the form, pick a topic and send.

Can you recover a Secret Santa draw I lost?

No. Names and results are never stored on our server, so there is nothing to restore. Run a new draw and share the result privately.

Do you add generators on request?

Sometimes. Describe the use case in the form; ideas that fit the site get built and then appear in the generator list on the Dicekite home page.
